Research, published. Our first public work is the Agent Incident Register, a sourced database of AI agents going wrong, updated every morning and free to reuse.

AI in practice for businesses that want results: AI video and ads, websites built for people and agents, ranking on Google and ChatGPT, AI agent implementation, in-house training and workshops, and automation.

On-demand consulting, by referral only. A small team built around the shape of the problem embeds with the client for one week.
How we work
Research leads to experiments, experiments to outcomes, and outcomes back to research. We test new tools before they make headlines, publish what we find, and bring what proves itself into client work.
We work with businesses in any industry, from private banking and watchmaking to logistics and the public sector, in English and French.
Who we are
Experiment Empire is based in Geneva, Switzerland. It was started by Leo Fritsch, and the team is growing.
